What the client came  to us with

TotalLawn are revolutionising the lawn care market. They came to us with big goals and many ideas about where they want to take the site but they had a DIY Shopify site with a basic free theme with no creative flair. Conversion rates were low and there wasn’t much product engagement. When looking at other competitors in the market for some background, we noticed that they were often outdated and not designed to convert. We then took this as an opportunity to make TotalLawn stand out from the crowd and give them the best site in the business.

The plan

Working closely with the TotalLawn team, we gathered their frustrations and issues they were facing with the old store. We took those issues and created an action plan of how to create a store tailored to their use case.
