We’re a family-run business. Heather has a background in graphic design, she's done this for many years as a freelancer, internally in marketing teams and then as a business owner herself. She graduated with a 1st class honours and has won several awards in the field. Her brother, Ryan, who is our Lead Developer handles everything dev-related, he is a full-stack developer specialising in Shopify. Previously he has 5+ years working with big brands, from Quorn to Netmums - for anything techy, he’s the guy!
We decided to set up brandempwr to help businesses have a great launchpad for their eCommerce businesses, between the two of us, in the industry we’ve seen so many sites with slow speeds, bad user experiences, bad checkout processes and poor branding. So we really wanted to offer a service where we could package this up for existing and new eCommerce brands to have a better chance of converting sales, retaining loyal customers and making a memorable brand.
